La technologie Haute Définition au format compact. Grâce à sa résolution de 1280 x 720 pixels, le Xacti HD1 fonctionne en format cinématographique 16:9. Ce nouveau modèle de la gamme Xacti doté d´une carte SD n´est pourtant pas plus gros qu´un poing fermé, ce qui permet de l´utiliser facilement d´une seule main. Le caméscope intègre par ailleurs la technologie 5 mégapixels, qui lui permet de réaliser de superbes photos, ainsi qu´un écran OLED pour une qualité d´image exceptionnelle.
